We here at RxTeach would like to officially welcome you to 2023! If your 2022 experience was anything like ours, it had a lot of ups and downs when it came to fitness, motivation, healthy habits, and trying to figure out if the human race would make it to the next year. Alas, 2023 is officially knocking on our door, and it's time to step into the new year!
To help you find that dopamine rush of newfound motivation in the new year, we will be releasing a daily fitness post for the first week of 2023 covering everything from how to build muscle and which exercises are best for you to supplementation and cardio. The habits you pick up in 2023 will help define the rest of your life, and there's never been a better time to start investing in the future you!
